The Board is committed to conducting the business of Carbon Revolution in accordance with high standards of corporate governance and with a view to creating and delivering value for Carbon Revolution’s shareholders while taking into account the interests of other stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers and the wider community. The Board considers that high standards of corporate governance are a cornerstone to creating long-term and sustainable shareholder value, and fostering a culture of personal and corporate integrity and compliance which values ethical, lawful, and responsible behaviour, accountability, fairness, transparency and respect for others.
